I thoroughly enjoyed that workout. Sometimes I avoid cardio, especially HIIT, because it often involves jumping or other moves that are too intense for my tender knees. But the moves were not overly intense and Toya provided some good alternatives for the ones that were too much for me. And I definitely got my sweat on!
