Good afternoon fam!
This back workout i promise will grow your back like no other. I’m paying the soreness price after this one 😂 let’s kill it!

- Pull down towards the top of your chest
- Keep your elbows close to your body 
- Engage your lats as you pull
- Revere the motion and return to the initial position

Close grip pulldown

- Stand a few steps back so you have a full range of motion. 
- Think of your hands as hooks pulling with your back.

Cable close grip row

- Keep shoulders rolled back 
- Elbow tight to body 
- Maintain a slight bend at your knees

Standing straight bar curl

Can use a rope or straight bar. (I PREFER STRAIGHT BAR)
- Lean forward slightly 
- Keep a slight bend at the elbow throughout the movement 
- As you bring the rope down engage your lats

Rope straight arm pulldown

- Pull the attachment in towards your body 
- Keeping your body neutral and core engaged
- Elbow drives toward your hip, squeezing your lat and shoulder blade
- Pause at contraction then slowly return to starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Seated single arm d-handle cable row

If you can’t get more then 8 reps by your self then use an assisted pull up machine if your gym has it!

Wide grip pull up

- Grab the bar with your palms facing you
- Pull your torso up until your head is above the bar 
- Keeping your elbows close to your body
- Pause at the top and lower with slow controlled motion

Chin-up
