DB Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 8-10 each side 6. Seated Calf Raises 3 x 12-15 7. Cable Crunches 3 x 15-20

Great lift. Blew my back out on deads so will have to wait and see how bad it is tomorrow. Probably take a few days off to be safe. Bummer to have some injuries with this programming! Tough stuff.
