This weeks circuits are going to be time focused! Here is the description of each of the circuits: This circuit is going to be continued movement for the full rounds! Start the timer and continue working for 40 seconds with a 20 second break. See how many reps you can get in within the 40 seconds! Each round will take 3 minutes (each movement gets 1 minute = 40 sec working, 20 sec rest) Continue through the 3 rounds for a total of 9 minutes per round. You will then have a 2 minute break in between circuit 1 and 2. Let’s have a great week!!!
