You will need dumbbells and a long band for this workout.

You have 3 total circuits with 2 movements in each. You will have one minute to complete the reps needed for that first movement. Whatever time you have left is rest. Start movement 2, at the top of the next minute. Continue until the circuit is finished and then rest for 2 minutes before starting the next circuit.
