Loved this for the middle of the day, especially since having to be seated for a while!

It was great! I started spinning everyday since a week and I felt my body really achey and dull. This freshened me up and I felt so good :) But wow the first transition from lizard and Malasana was super hard! I could almost hear creaky sound on my hip!
