Grab your gym partner and a set of dumbbells (I’m using 17.5 lbs) and get ready to move your entire body. This workout includes 5 movements designed to challenge your legs, arms, core, and shoulders while keeping your heart rate up. How it works: • 5 total movements • Perform each exercise back-to-back with no rest • After completing all 5 movements, rest 1 minute • Repeat the circuit until the 20 minutes is complete Expect to finish feeling sweaty, strong, and accomplished — the perfect quick but powerful full-body workout.
