Since the workouts repeat every week, for the ones where there is a lot of explanation, today I started the exercises when Melissa was explaining the moves. This means more reps and helps me to maintain the intensity of the workout so I am sweating and feel like I have worked out a full 25/30min.

Love this 🧡💛🧡💛🧡 I’m 2 weeks in and I already look and feel different. This challenge is a great way to stay in shape during the holidays; that’s when there’s a lot of food around, and it’s more of a challenge to stay on track with the diet. I’m going to do the 12-week challenge starting in Jan 2023 to stay in shape for summer of 2023. Always planning ahead!

A month into working out and lost 30 pounds already! Already stronger, can see my booty lifting (my husband noticed and complimented me) and I can tell my waist is shrinking!
