After reading the comments from this workout, I was a little scared (especially since I hate plank). But, I surprised myself and got through the moves😁

The last two killed me… Mel knows how to motivate to keep going 🙏🏽🦵🏽

W2/D1 Plank Master

The exercises are good, but there is way too much explaining, which takes away from the intensity of the workout. I also had to do a lot forwarding to decrease the breaks in-between exercises. I think the in-depth explainations are great for beginners, but brief explanations are better for experienced exercisers.

It was challenging! But I love that I'm sticking to it!

WOW MAMA!!! This workout was a complete 180 from last week! Perfect pace and intensity while still providing quick explanations of the moves! I am sweating, it challenged me, and I feel pumped 💪and on 🔥 to start this day! Thanks Mel!

W2/D3 Plank Master II

Since the workouts repeat every week, for the ones where there is a lot of explanation, today I started the exercises when Melissa was explaining the moves. This means more reps and helps me to maintain the intensity of the workout so I am sweating and feel like I have worked out a full 25/30min.
