Hola Lizzete Gracias por la práctica Estoy acostumbrada a rodear las piernas con los brazos y no como proponías. Siento mucho el peso del cuerpo y las rodillas sobre los tríceps. Algún tip para sentirse más ligera :)? Entiendo que es activación del core pero buf! Jajaja Muchas gracias
