For anyone who wants to build strength in just 15 minutes a day or start combining weights with their yoga practice.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You need a kettlebell. If this is your first time, I would start low — anything from 9 to 13lbs works. You also need a yoga mat.
What if I don't have a kettlebell?
You could still do the class without one and get good results or use a dumbbell.
How to schedule the program?
There are seven different classes, you can mix and match as you want to. I recommend training 3-4 times a week taking at least 2 days of rest where you can still practice yoga or do any other activity you like.
How to prepare for the workouts?
I recommend you do a quick full-body dynamic stretch and mobility routine. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 min then you are ready to grab your kettlebell and begin.
