This is a 6-week strength program built entirely around 12-minute EMOMs, (every minute on the minute) workouts that pack a full session into the time it takes to scroll your phone. Each workout hits upper body, lower body, and core in one tight, efficient block. You start the workout, you move, you’re done.
Weeks 1-4 build your foundation with strength movements you’ll actually feel working. Weeks 5-6 level you up, same movement patterns, advanced progressions, so you can feel exactly how much stronger you’ve become. And if you want to make it into 8 weeks, just repeat week 5 and 6 one more time.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a mat.
It’s short and it works, not because it’s easy, but because it’s something you’ll actually do, three times a week, for six weeks.
