It’s a great workout if you’re looking for a challenge. While Liz was gracefully doing the side planks, I was slipping all over the place. 😂 I wish that during or right before each exercise, the muscles that
should be working are brought to our attention, especially since I’m new to this and while thus us an ab workout, I was feeling my shoulders doing most of the work during the side planks. :D
