Welcome to Elevate! Elevate is a 4-week program including 4x Full Body workouts per week. These workouts are short and fun and require minimal equipment, perfect to do at home or for when you are short on time but still want to get the best out of your workout. Each workout consists of 2 part: 1 Tri-Set: 3 exercises done back to back for 4 rounds (own pace). A 5-Min TABATA interval session with two exercises (follow along). What you want from this program is intensity. If possible (or available to you) lift heavy so you can get the best out of each exercise. Tri-Set: do each exercise with minimal rest in between. Once you do all 3 take a 60 sec rest before moving into the next round (4 rounds total). TABATA 25 sec on, 10 sec off: focus on the intensity, choose a weight that you can keep moving during those 25 sec. You can do this! Follow this program day by day or pick and choose for when you need something new and fast. Have fun and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi there, my name is Lizette Pompa. I'm a Strength Coach and Yoga Teacher. ​ I've been teaching since 2010. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
