Welcome to the Push-up Progressions Program! This program is specifically designed to help you progress toward performing a strict push-up with proper form and technique. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, you will be training three times a week, dedicating 25 minutes to each session. Through a series of targeted drills and exercises, you will gradually develop the necessary strength and skill to achieve your first push-up. Each day looks like this: - Info and 1st Round of 4 Together - Circuit Videos to Follow - 2-Min Rest in Between Rounds To maximize your results, it is recommended to prioritize your push-up exercises at the beginning of your workout routine. Doing so will ensure that you're fresh and at your strongest when focusing on this key movement. If you choose to continue with your regular workout routine on the same day, you can do so after completing the push-up exercises.
