Whew! This one was a good test of all the shoulder and push up strength we have been building. I will be repeating weeks 3 and 4 for a bit to maintain the strength. Have thoroughly enjoyed this program. Really like that we do one round with Lizette and then 3 rounds at our own pace.

Been dreaming to learn push up but I haven't found any good training until I join yours Lizette. I love how you break down everything in details. And of course with the focus on the movement, training and get stronger without any flishy flashy noises 😁 Thanks Lizette!
