This 8-week program is designed for anyone who’s completed the 5-week Beginner Program and is ready to build on that foundation.
You’ll keep progressing with 3 full-body, follow-along workouts each week—each one around 30-35 minutes. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, a 4-exercise strength circuit, and a quick, sweaty 5-minute Tabata finisher to boost your heart rate and endurance.
You’ll continue building strength, power, and confidence—right from home—with new movement progressions, more challenging combinations, and a steady push to help you feel stronger each week.

- Lightweight ( 2-6kg/ 4-13lb )
