Ready for the Next Challenge? Welcome to Next Level! This 8-week program is designed for anyone who’s completed the 5-week Beginner Program and is ready to build on that foundation. You’ll keep progressing with 3 full-body, follow-along workouts each week—each one around 30-35 minutes. Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, a 4-exercise strength circuit, and a quick, sweaty 5-minute Tabata finisher to boost your heart rate and endurance. You’ll continue building strength, power, and confidence—right from home—with new movement progressions, more challenging combinations, and a steady push to help you feel stronger each week. If you’re ready to take things up a notch and see what your body is capable of, Next Level is here for you. Let’s keep going—you’ve got this. Message me with any questions! List of equipment: Floor space Dumbbells ranging from light to "extra" heavy (or adjustable ones) - Lightweight ( 2-6kg/ 4-13lb ) - Medium weight (6-8kg/ 13 - 16lb) - Heavyweight (10-12kg/22-26lb) - Extra Heavy (12kg+ / 26lb+) Kettlebell Weight Plate (optional) *You can also use a barbell or gym equipment if you are following the program from a gym.

Hi there, my name is Lizette Pompa. I'm a Strength Coach and Yoga Teacher. ​ I've been teaching since 2010. In 2019 I launched my Playbook app to share my love for both strength training and yoga. ​ My goal is to empower YOU to build a stronger body through weights, yoga, and movement. ​ With my strength programs, I want to create a space where women feel comfortable to start lifting weights, do yoga and be themselves.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
