This is a super fun 30 min Vinyasa Yoga Class for ALL levels. We do have a challenging arm balance in this class but I give options for all levels. You may want yoga blocks to modify.

Thank you for this flow. Overall a great workout; I especially love the sequence toward half moon. However, I found the background noise a bit distracting.
