I finally downloaded the Playbook app. I have been telling myself how much more I need to practice at home. I hadn’t done yoga since Tuesday at the gym. Even before then it was a couple of weeks since I had got on my mat (it’s been a rough summer personally). Thank you for offering this class. I needed it. Please continue with the series. 🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀️😊💕
