It helped! Besides my psoas I’m needing to work on that intersection between my hamstring and gastrocnemius muscle for back of knee pain. Any classes you recommend? Definitely keep doing more of these classes. I’m glad you discussed core work because I think all my pain stems from that. So glad I found you and your classes!

Really helpful. Been having trouble with my left hip flexor since getting back into running and it feels better after this class.
