Verbal directions are a bit confusing in this one. At one point I was turned around (not facing my phone) and attempting the bind, I had to come out of the pose to re-watch the section. Other than that, excellent class

As always amazing instructions. Getting me to think about different parts of my core and engaging different muscle groups to go deeper and have more control. I love your classes. I learn something new every single time. My goal is to open my days with you everyday moving forward. wish me luck
