I thought this class was going to be more stretching, I saw hamstrings and went "Yes mine are so tight!" So I started the class. I was really surprised at how much movement I gained from targeting different muscle groups. A must add to my workout routine. So glad I chose to do this class today. Thank you Kerri..💕
