This tickled my hips in such a special way. Pleasure is an understatement. I was moaning nearly the whole class. I added in a figure 4 tiny ball, some compass action & pincha play at the end. What a move. I feel incredible. 🤤 THANK YOU!!

I remember this class was challenging but revisiting the class today and found it to be a more mellow gentle flow into front splits, which is still super difficult. But I’m happy to see my progress that the first half of the class wasn’t as difficult as before ☺️🙌🏽

Woke up craving a good boogie into front split. This hit my spots soooo good!🤤🫠 I feel incredible. The scissor leg cue made me think of Jess’s comment during your ytt & made me smile. LOVE. LOVE. lOVE! Thank you!

Challenging but amazing and keeps your brain turned on throughout. Loved the end slow stretches to bring you re ground at the end 🤍
