Middle split and straddle is always a challenge. I understand how to use my core to fold forward more now but still don’t quite feel it with straddle. The journey continues! I’m able to fold a little bit deeper tho! πŸ™ŒπŸ½

An all around good slow stretch class that builds up to straddle. My deepest straddle and longest hold for middle split yet! 🌈
