I was in a half marathon yesterday, I’ve been so stiff in my hips and legs all day but I just don’t have the energy for a really long session on my mat. A foam roll and this class has worked wonders - I so appreciate that you always offer a few options so your classes cater to everyone from those who are super tight to the very flexible.
