It’s been a while since I’ve done Kayla’s longer classes or consistently doing yoga! Been doing mostly the “No time for yoga” series. I was really struggling (in and good way!) and felt how tight my body was but this class was great in getting me back to that lengthening/flexibility state again!

Dear Kayla, thank you from the bottom of my heart for this experience. Flows like this remind me why I do what I do: why I love yoga, why I keep moving, why i finally came to terms with my body, why I decided to learn to love it, why I give it the gift of yoga every day.
