I love this practice immensely! I am incredibly close to shoulder stand! I want to thank you for the 30 day challenge; I remained confident in my strengths and I was offered new employment that is financially better for me and my family. More importantly I am removing myself from a toxic working environment which is the greatest gift I can receive and give to myself and others. My gratitude swells with love and light.
