IT WAS LIFE CHANGING!! Brynley you outdid yourself with this one😋🤤it was so good and tasted just like a normal cookie cake but healthy and it has protein! Tysm for this amazing recipe!!
side note: for anyone who doesn’t have eggs (like me lol) I just substituted them for baking powder so that it still fluffed up in the microwave

Microwaveable cookie cake 

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp almond flour
-2tbsp oat flour 
-1 scoop vanilla protein 
-1 tbsp almond butter
-2 egg whites
-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
-tiny splash of almond milk
-pinch of salt & cinnamon
-dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a mug or small microwaveable dish, then stir in the chocolate chips!

Depending on the protein, almond butter, and honey you use the consistency may be a little bit different, so add liquid or more flour/protein if needed!


Microwave for 1 minute, check with a fork & add 30 seconds if needed ! ENJOY!
