Healthy Pumpkin Pie

My favorite fall treat😋 this delicious pumpkin pie is SO easy to make, full of good ingredients & will WOW everyone with flavor! Ingredients: -1 can full fat coconut milk -1 can pumpkin purée -1/4 cup oat flour (you can blend rolled oats to make oat flour!) -1/2 cup raw coconut sugar -2 tsp cinnamon -2 tap pumpkin pie spice -dash of sea salt -1tbsp vanilla extract -1 Pre made healthy pie crust ( I use a gluten free one from Whole Foods!) Instructions: -Preheat oven to 400F -Pour all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth & mixed thoroughly, then pour into a pie crust -bake 30 minutes & then let sit in fridge uncovered for 5 hours to chill & harden completely! -ENJOY :)
