This post workout snack is INSANELY GOOD- tastes too goo to be true- but it is so healthy & helps to feed your muscles after a gnarly workout 💪🏽
Ingredients:
-1 cup of ice
-1 + 1/2 cup of almond or oat milk
-1 scoop of Gainful cookies & cream protein (code: BRYN)
-3/4 frozen banana
-1 tbsp cacao nibs
-optional but I always add to keep me full & make consistency better: 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions:
-add all ingredients (except the cacao nibs) into a high power blender and blend until smooth add more or less liquid for your preference of thickness!
-once fully blended add the cow nibs and blend for another 10 seconds to keep them thick and crunchy!
