The buffalo chicken recipe is legit.  This has been my lunch every day for the last five days.

The chicken buffaloes quesadilla is sooo good 😩 and easy to make!!

DF buffalo chicken quesadilla

Ingredients:
-1 can of chicken
-1-2 servings of primal kitchen DF buffalo sauce
-1 healthy tortilla (I used Ezekials flourless!)
-1-2 servings of DF cheese (I use Violife Mozzarella from whole foods!)
-1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions:
In a small bowl, use a fork to shred up the chicken then add the buffalo sauce & mix thouroughly.

In a pan, toast the tortilla with a little olive oil, add a sprinkle of cheese, then the chicken to one side & fold!

Toast on both sides until its the crispiness of your liking! ENJOY!!

IT WAS LIFE CHANGING!! Brynley you outdid yourself with this one😋🤤it was so good and tasted just like a normal cookie cake but healthy and it has protein! Tysm for this amazing recipe!!
side note: for anyone who doesn’t have eggs (like me lol) I just substituted them for baking powder so that it still fluffed up in the microwave
