Healthy Cinnamon Apple Bake

A DELICIOUS treat for the holidays ❤️ Ingredients * 2 cups chopped honey crisp apple (small pieces) * 1 3/4 cups of oat flour (you can blend rolled oats to make this!) * 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder * 2 tsp baking powder * 3/4 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp cinnamon * 3/4 cup raw organic coconut sugar * 1 cup almond or oat milk of choice * 1 tbsp olive oil * 3 tbsp applesauce * 2 tsp pure vanilla extract Instructions 1)Preheat oven to 350F 2)Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl then stir in all the dry ingredients. Whisk until thoroughly mixed. 3)Stir in the apples. 4)Pour into a break loaf dish or, like I did, a round baking dish. & drizzle a little extra coconut sugar on top! 5)Bake at 350F for 48-50 minutes, checking towards the end with a toothpick to make sure it is baked all the way through. 6)In my opinion, its best after being chilled in the fridge overnight! You can also choose to ice the top with a vanilla icing or heat the dessert back up & serve with vanilla ice cream as well!
