Pumpkin spice pancakes:
INGREDIENTS:
1 mashed banana
2 eggs
2 heaping tbsp pumpkin puree
2/3 cup almond flour
A few dashes of cinnamon
3 scoops of kaizos collagen
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine the mashed banana, pumpkin puree & eggs first, mix well.
Add in the almond flour, collagen & cinnamon.
Combine thoroughly until there are no clumps! Stir in chocolate chips or anything else you want!
Cook stovetop on medium heat (covered top) with a little coconut oil. This batter its a bit thicker and will take a little longer to cook than regular batter, so check it every minute or so, making sure the bottom doesn’t burn!!
I topped mine with almond butter & pure maple syrup!
