Ingredients:
-1 serving extra firm tofu cut into ½” cubes & pressed with a paper towel
-1 serving of rice or cauli flower rice
-1 serving of green beans
-2 tbsp olive oil
-salt & pepper
-liquid aminos or soy sauce
-healthy sweet chili sauce ( I get mine from whole foods! )
Instructions:
-Toss the tofu in 1 tbsp olive oil & salt & pepper, then put them in the air fryer at 400F for 18 minutes
-Boil your rice on the stove or microwave (as instructed on box)
-Sautee your green beans stove top with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper & a dash of liquid aminos/soy sauce, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft!
-When the tofu is done, take out and toss in a bowl with 2-3 tbsp of the sweet chili sauce!
-Add all parts of the meal to the same plate & enjoy!
