Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
1 tbsp vanill coconut yogurt
Splash of coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (I used @fitwithcambrie)
The key is to use a high power blender, I’m using a vitamix! For the coconut milk, start with a splash and add a little bit more if necessary, you can add more or less depending on how thick you want the bowl!
Top with all your favorite goodies, I used: granola, cacao nibs, fresh fruit, almond butter, and raw honey!
