Sprint pace is getting faster ๐Ÿ”ฅ really focusing on bringing my heart rate back down on the easy run and accepting a slower pace if necessary. It's paying off bc i feel faster!!

Head wasn't in it, felt really hard today. Not my best effort. Did the first interval and then switched to an EMOM. Tomorrow will be better.

Feeling faster and stronger. Distance has increased from last time, coming for the .21 of a mile next time to round it out ๐Ÿ”ฅ
