This is a 30 minute interval cardio workout!
Can be done on any machine and at any level.
Last few running workouts have included longer medium paced efforts.

Sprint pace is getting faster ๐ฅ really focusing on bringing my heart rate back down on the easy run and accepting a slower pace if necessary. It's paying off bc i feel faster!!

Came back after the hell she (this week) gave me earlier this week.... crushed it!!! Really into the quick burst runs/cardio right now, more please!!

Head wasn't in it, felt really hard today. Not my best effort. Did the first interval and then switched to an EMOM. Tomorrow will be better.

Feeling faster and stronger. Distance has increased from last time, coming for the .21 of a mile next time to round it out ๐ฅ
