While the times are going to be the same, the type of running will be different.
You can do this workout on a treadmill, bike, eliptigo, or any cardio machine you like.

DEAD. I ran the last 1 minute of the last round of the incline and WOW. Any longer and I probably would've almost puked ๐

Could you possibly post a running tutorial?! For proper form, etc. Iโm not a trained runner so I just kind of run however I run lol. are you supposed to lean forward, stay centered, balls of feet, flat feet, kick your heels upโฆ
My knees, ankles and calves often hurt during and I wonder if itโs due to bad form ๐ค thanks ladies!
