DEAD. I ran the last 1 minute of the last round of the incline and WOW. Any longer and I probably would've almost puked ๐Ÿ˜‚

Could you possibly post a running tutorial?! For proper form, etc. Iโ€™m not a trained runner so I just kind of run however I run lol. are you supposed to lean forward, stay centered, balls of feet, flat feet, kick your heels upโ€ฆ My knees, ankles and calves often hurt during and I wonder if itโ€™s due to bad form ๐Ÿค” thanks ladies!
