The second workout as part of the Thankfulness Challenge. This week we are honoring our core and belly through movement. Be sure to join my Facebook community group to further participate in this months challenge. https://www.facebook.com/groups/451724679422276/?ref=share This is a 3-9 (depending on how many rounds you do) minute core circuit. One round takes approximately 3 minutes. You will need a dumbbell and a stability ball. Modifications are included if you do not have a stability ball.
