I've had a really slack month, only managing 1 or 2 sessions a week and I had to really force myself to do this one today BUT, even though I didn't manage 4 sets of everything I'm so so so pleased I've done it. Never regret one of these sessions. ❤️

Better form with my split squats but it's so hard to control my breathing through them! Which part of the exercise should I exhale through? I know it's usually meant to be exhale on the hardest part, but I am yet to find the easy part of it lol! 😅
