I had a really bad day today and wanted nothing more than to come home and crawl into bed. However, I convinced myself to do this workout and my mood increased exponentially. Your workouts always help but today it HELPED. 10/10 โค๏ธ

I could not be bothered working out today! But it definitely true, when you exercise it makes you feel good! I'm so glad I pushed myself to workout, great workout!
