Longer flow that intentionally builds heat, works on lower body, shoulders and abs - as well as really focusing on syncing your movements to your breath.

Core was on fire! Only thing that throws me off sometimes is that your cues for breath are often backwards from how I was trained (inhales lift you up, exhales fold you in).

Major life events causing so much anxiety and this felt really good. The breath to movement really allowed me to get out of my head.

My body was heavy today, but movement felt good. All the full body hugs was nice. Fell asleep during the last minutes of the meditation… I don’t normally, so it came as a surprise… 😅
