I am obsessed with this practice! This was fun, challenging and gave us all an opportunity to get playful with our practice! Balance, core strength and coordination were each given a chance to shine & I never knew I could bunny hop until Morgan invited us to try 🤭🥹🤩 feeling strong, stretchy and a lot less stressy xx
