Loads of frustration with myself during this one. Weak wrist from cyst and the mobility isn’t there yet. Right when I wanted to give up on myself things sowed down and the lil bish voice in my head calmed. I’ll be coming back to this to check my strength and mobility in the wrist. Very nice side stretches and fun strengthening! Thank you dear soul!
