Love this class so much. I am no back-bender but my body has opened up so much since starting with this app. I used my ball and my yoga wheel as a support to get into wheel. Very helpful to be supported that way. Thank you for the gentle reminder to do what is right for our own bodies. And not all bodies are the same- even our own isn’t the same every day. πŸ™

Perfect for sore muscles & opening up that upper body. I feel so much lighter. Like I am getting more breath or more oxygen somehow. Getting into the hips and hamstrings a bit as well really rounded out this practice. Wheels are no long accessible to me but those bridges are still amazing! Lovely practice ❀️
