Who needs melatonin when we have sleepy time yoga with Morgan?! 😌😴 another wonderful way to end the day. Great little bit of leg work to fire the core and breath work to wrap it all up The invitation to write a journal entry prompt was a thoughtful touch! Namaste and goodnight 💤🌙
