It’s important to exhale on the crunch instead of inhale on the crunch. Besides those opposite ques, this flow was wonderful, a nice combo of fire and relaxation. Thank you!

I really liked this one. It’s not what I usually go for. I prefer long flows. In this one you’re in the poses for longer. Somehow I feel more in my body now. More present. Loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great leg & ab strengthening practice with lots of stretching as well. Just wish there was a little more arm strengthening in there 😋
