*** PHOTO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN CASH PRIZES *** 

1. All photos must be taken in front of a plain white wall with good lighting, and NO visible distractions in the photo (no pictures, paintings, curtains, visible distractions, etc.). 
2. Must wear a black bikini top and bottom OR sports bra and shorts. ONLY BLACK COLOR CLOTHING IS ACCEPTED. 
3. Must WEAR THE SAME TOP AND BOTTOM in your before & after pictures in order to see clear changes in your 4-week transformation. 
4. Photos must be taken as a full body picture with your arms up showing the front, back, and side of your body. DO NOT cut off your face, legs, feet, or arms in the photos; if so, you will automatically be disqualified. 
5. ARMS MUST BE UP in each full-body picture. 
6. For after photos, DO NOT TRY TO FLEX, SUCK IN, or do anything different than your pose in your before photos. If so, you will automatically be disqualified.
