10, 8, 6, 4, 2 front rack DB squats - aim to increase the weight every set and rest a full 90 seconds between each set
Ex: 10 reps at 15lbs (rest :90)

It was a great workout! Would love to be able to put notes in each workout to track which weights Iโm using for what rep. So the next time I do the workout, I can improve.
