10, 8, 6, 4, 2 front rack DB squats - aim to increase the weight every set and rest a full 90 seconds between each set
Ex: 10 reps at 15lbs (rest :90)

Felt a little like a teaser/ needed more from this. Will go harder/heavier next time. Subbed box jumps for step ups to a bench.
