Getting back into it after 2 kids.. I've been "influenced" by Mander on many items (junk bands, fitbit, protein, etc.) and knew her DB program would be hard enough to challenge me, but not wild enough that I'd have to sub/alternate exercises to actually be able to do it (like every other "at home" "all levels" workouts I've seen people try to sell.) And I was right! I did bodyweight for most of the reps and I'm still dying 🤣
