Total Body Release! Grab a yoga strap or similar for this one. It's always nice to have a couple of yoga blocks and a pillow or blanket but none of those are required :).

Woke up feeling crunched up and achy. Ate loads of allergy foods at a party and this helped me wake up the body gently. Exactly what I needed!
