Beginner- 40-55 minute aerobic run Intermediate- 50-65 minute aerobic run Advanced- 60-75 minute aerobic run Everyone-After your run, take a few minutes to stretch your quads, hamstrings, and calves.

6.7 miles 10:28 pace 131 hr below aerobic. When I first started I was holding 10:50 at 135 hr for easy run. I have improved so much keeping faster easy pace and lower hr . Love it
